Pre-press

Check the correct preparation of the printing file, intercept and correct imperceptible anomalies on the monitor, perform the cheapest typographic imposition for the customer, prepare the blueprint and the color test to be viewed by the customer (final approval); these are the indispensable and precious tasks of the pre-press department which, with the experience and patience of a goldsmith, meticulously checks that everything is perfect before carrying out the printing and production systems.

Pre-press is a form of assistance and an important help that we offer to the customer in order to grow together. To accomplish it, we use workflow systems such as: GMG Color Lab for colorimetric check, UGRA / FOGRA 39L and 47 contractual color proofer, for certify the four-color process and simulate lamination, In-process control in compliance with ISO 12647, Linearization of the offset machine.

The printing systems are created with the Kodak CTP (Computer to Plate) system and we can use rulings up to 200 lpi, stochastic screens and maximum fidelity in the reproduction of images. We adopt printing plates without using chemicals products (process free). Our attention and commitment to respecting the environment never stops.
