In Grafica Atestina we have increasingly specialized in this sector, channeling all our knowledge into the paper converting field. We masterfully mix geometric shapes, materials, colors and finishes, in order to offer functional, successful packaging with a fresh design, making it with the utmost care. Our technical / commercial office studies and proposes, thanks to its know-how, the most suitable solution, creating a definitive mockup (white prototype) to verify its functionality, runnability and printing a pre-stretch for initial testing or to verify a preview or a product line launch.
Subsequently, during the production phase, we die-cut, we glue, we create windows and we apply and invest in new technologies to do it better.
Our completely renewed machinery consists of:
- Bobst Novacut 106 die-cutter with extractor
- Bobst EXPERTFOLD 110 A2 folder gluer with girobox, which allows the gluing of horizontal and vertical flaps in a single step and sidewalk bottoms
- Bobst Media 68 folder gluer for linear pack
We know well following markets: Cosmetics, Cosmeceutical, Chemical, Para-pharmaceutical, Herbal and Food Supplements, Wellness, Pet, Home and Environment, Technical Clothing, Eyewear. Our latest challenge is a line dedicated to the Pharmaceutical sector with serialization, Braille insertion and digital scanning. We produce linear cases, with snap-on bottom and sidewalk, windowed and coupled, caskets, containers, binders, blister packs, U-bolts, window signs, totems, counter displays, advent calendars.
